Sophia's favorite thing to watch right now is The Backyardigans. Her favorite character is Pablo and so I had decided to make a Pablo cake for her party this coming Saturday. It seemed kind of complicated and so I decided to do a practice cake on Thursday. Well, Sophia thought this was great fun and spend most of the 3 hours is took licking icing! Needless to say she was on quite the sugar high! But, all things that go up most come down as she did, falling asleep on the floor! The cake turned out cute though...hoping it goes a little faster this week...and I'm going to keep her away from the icing somehow!

What do you mean it turned out "okay". You did an AWESOME job!! Just think the practice turned out so good, the real one will be really great! :)
It looks amazing! And yes, I think you can be a professional cake decorator :)
